About the programme
Transport Construction Engineering is a specialised engineering field covering the design, construction, operation and maintenance of transport infrastructure: roads, railways, bridges, ports, airports and urban transport systems.
Students build expertise in designing transport works, construction and supervision, project management, topographic and geotechnical surveying, laboratory testing and laboratory management, operation and maintenance, and industry software.
Internships at construction companies, design consultancies and transport projects make up a large share of the programme. Students choose specialised electives to match their career goals, learn through projects, seminars and case studies, and are assessed on design projects, presentations defending their ideas and internship reports with feedback from employers.
